I think everone has some racist thoughts or impulse, to some degree or another. I agree about it being bred into us to be xenophobic by nature. But I also believe people are capable of acting intelligently and fairly despite the occasional thought.

 

Seeing a good looking scantily clad lady walking towards you on the street might send blood rushing *somewhere* and make you want to *something* her *something*, but I hope for her sake and yours that you don't regularly give such impulses more than a moment's thought before banishing them back to the id.

People can learn to ignore and/or control their impulses, but to deny that those impulses exist is delusional, nothing less.
