I-751 remove conditions

I have been preparing our I-751 and just to make sure I looked over the instructions agaian and I found 2 things that has me wondering

No keep in mind the wife is in china currently and will be back on the 2nd of march and her green card expires on the 12th. I plan on mailing in out applicationaround the 18th of Feb. but here is my ?s

Instructions State:

Two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79. You must indicate your Alien Registration Number (A#) on the fingerprint card and ensure that the completed cards are not bent, folded, or creased. The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military

they also want passport Pics

Do we need these now or is this done at boimetrics ???

Read above that:

Exception Those who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas and listed under Part 5 of the form, must submit the following items with Form I-751:

 

Yes - here in the US, they do this at the ASC (Application Support Center)
