My friend Richard and his SO ChunMei, received white in November, for "not bonafide relationship".

He is on his way to China on the 20th, to marry ChunMei, and they intend to see a lawyer in GUZ, named "K. C. Li".

Does anybody know anything about this lawyer???

Hi Rick,

 

Your friend needs to do allot of things after he has married his SO ChunMei, and he should not try and move the I-130 and/or I-129F too fast through the system. He should move through the system with care and caution. Do allot of "loading up front" to the I-130. Take lots of pictures of both him and wife and also of family and him. Also when he gets married he should have a wedding dinner as well.

How is he on communication between him and his SO.

also tell him to try and figure out what may have given the "not bonafide relationship"??

If he wants to post his time line and all the available information here on CFL...I am sure others here can give him advice.
