I guess I wonder why they are worried about the I-129F. Why dont they process the I-130 that is 4 months over due for a NOA-2.

The trend seems to be that they will not approve the I-130 before the I-129F... in other words... the I-130 is waiting on the I-129F.

 

This still seems to support my idea to NOT file the I-129F until the I-130 is approved... but in the case of a previous K1 denial... I can't say whether I would do that or not...
