Also do i need to fill out I-94 forms on the plane? Any other forms i need to bring or fill out? thanks. Link to comment
tonado Posted September 11, 2003 Report Share Posted September 11, 2003 Some snacks and a calling card so that you can make calls to your fiancee in US (during stopover). Also, bring at least 2 copies of your birth certificates since you will need them for AOS. Link to comment

bobmal99 Posted September 12, 2003 Report Share Posted September 12, 2003 When you enter the US the POE (point of entry) officer will attach your I-94 directly to your passport. When you apply for an EAD (employment authorization card) and Social Security Card you will need this I-94. It would not hurt to have copies of all your papers. When you have your AOS interview you will need all original documents but can use copies when you file your AOS. Good luck, welcome to the USA... Link to comment
