Tom and Ling Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Hi everyone, Just curious...will I get any e-mails from NCV or will I have to call themto find out when they get the approved petitions???I know I will have to call them for the GUZ..... number for the I-129F ,butwill they notify when they arrive??I am on the automatic e-mail for the USCIS but does the e-mail stop at the point?? Guest WenDylan Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Hello WenDylan and everyone, Just wanted to let everyone know that this morning Both of my petitions were approved by The Vermont Service Center, and in a few days probably they will be on their way to the NVC. After the NVC, it will be about 4 months for Guangzhou to schedule an interview, but at least I am out of USCIS.....Now I will have to deal with US Embassy in Guangzhou... But at least Vermont service center seems to be moving. So WenDylan would you please update my time line.... Vermont seems to be moving as well as they have transfered some CR1's to California... Tom and Ling Posted August 12, 2008 Report Share Posted August 12, 2008 Hi David, I hope I get some notice...Because I want to give NVC my wife's change of Address.... I have seen where for change of address, everybody says You should notify all three. So when the USCIM requested the RFE I also sent duplicate First divorce decree for the I-130 and I-129F as well as a change of address for each of the files, but I wanted to give NVC the change of address for atleast the I-129F, since the I-130 will sit at NVC......atleast I think???Does anyone know what happens to the I-130???I thought the I-130 just sits at NVC?? I am planning to call tomorrow to see if it was sucessful and /or Monday......
