SSN question again, sorry guys

So I was looking over the SSN form, there is a question for "Legal Alien allowed to work" and "Legal alien NOT allowed to work"...

 

So Im guessing she cannot work because we haven't done AOS yet or EAD card. So then Im guessing she is "not" allowed to work.

 

So with that said, what is our god given purpose of my fiancee allowed to obtain her SSN card?

She is K-1, and legally authorized to work, and may get a card until about 10 days before she reaches the 90 day mark.

Print out a copy of one of the SSA's documents so you can show it, if needed at the SS office.

 

If she is "Legal Alien NOT allowed to work", she must show a government agency that requires her to get a SSN. This won't work.
