K1 Visa Checklist

Does anyone have a checklist showing which documents and evidence to submit for the K1 visa? What does the petitioner send and what does the fiancee send? What stage in the process does s/he send it in?

 

I have not sent paperwork in a long time and am helping a friend.

All foreign fiancee needs to provide is:

• 2"x2" passport photo
  
• Letter of intent
  
• 4 page G-325A
  
• If foreign fiancee came to the USA and met in the USA, then evidence of travel within past 2 years.
  

US Citizen provides

• 2"x2" passport photo
  
• Letter of intent
  
• 4 page G-325A
  
• I-129F
  
• Evidence of meeting in past 2 years
  
• Proof of US Citizenship
