iyan46 Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 Jings son arrived yesterday ...but there is no A number on his Visa ... is it the same as his moms or did the Boneheads at the immigration office in NY forget to write on his visa? and if they gorgot ... how do i go about getting it ? Since son entered on a derivative visa he wont have one until USCIS assigns one when adjusting status. You will note "None" for A# on son's part of the AOS paperwork. Link to comment
