I-129F Question for K3

I called DOS the other day to verify that they did not forward the I-130 on to GUZ. They said that they would not forward it on to GUZ until the AOS fee was paid.

 

I wanted to clarify with those who had both I-129 & I-130 forwarded on to GUZ, did you pay the Affidavit of Support (I-184) Fee Bill?

 

If not, how was it that they forwarded your I-130 on to GUZ?

 

I was told by DOS that they would not do this.

They paid the appropriate fees (I-864 and visa bill) to NVC when NVC sends the bills to the petitioner, this is the normal CR-1 process when the I-130 is sent to NVC from USCIS.
