received NOA on 5-12-2003

Filed I-129f on 5-18-2003

Received NOA on 5-27-2003

Approved at MSC on 7-17-2003

Still sitting at NVC as of today for security clearance 8-7-2003

Patrick, that's pretty quick for a K-3 but I saw one over on 001 that was a little quicker. Yours is an example of why I tell fiancees going through any service center other than VSC to consider getting married and filing K-3. K-3 gets priority at NVC and GZ, but the big plus is escaping the 6 month wait at Nebraska and Texas just for the P2.

Now you can expect NVC approval around mid to late September.

p3 90-120 days after GZ receiving petition.

6 to 8 weeks to interveiw
