Randy W
File NOW, and then become a US citizen. He'll be able to come in around 5 years from the date you file. I'm assuming you're an LPR (green card) Edited April 14, 2008 by Randy W (see edit history) Link to comment
dnoblett
File NOW, and then become a US citizen. He'll be able to come in around 5 years from the date you file. I'm assuming you're his mother and an LPR (green card)Also assuming that your son remains unmarried. The priorities are: F1 for Unmarried Children over 21 of US Citizens.F2B for Unmarried Children over age 21 of LPR.F3 for Married Children of US Citizens. Cases being worked now for China were filed: F1 Mar 2002F2B June 1999F3 June 2000 http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_4205.html Looks like at present F1 is about 6 years, F3 8 years, and F2B 9 years. The conditions only have to do with bona fide marriage, you need to prove the marriage was a bona fide one at 2 years of conditional status, to remove the conditional status. Link to comment
