Wife got G/C

I have a question about the name they put her maiden name on the card

But also my last name/ Is this right ?

All AOS Doc were filled out using her married name

I am confused

Did the put 1st name/maiden name/Married name ?

If this was an error you can file an I-90 to get it corrected at no charge.

 

My wife had no middle name so she adopted her family name as her middle name, we filled out the I-485 this way.

Married first then chinese name then family

That is exactly how we did it with the I-485

Since it's their error I would think there would be no charge for the correction. Ella's GC had Yi, family name, married name.

what would happen if we just left it until we File for 10 year.?

All of her SS, EAD card are all in her married name

It does have her maiden name on it just like her passport. so maybe now we wont have to get passport changed

I got an e-mail from The USCIS stating that i have to make an Info pass apt. I have no Vacation time I do not understand why I have to go out of my way to change their mistake. Was on line with USCIS to see about changes got hung up on because it was 6:00pm.

Looks like the I-90 form costs $300
