I just changed my employment for a better position. Who and when should I let someone know this?

I just received my I-797C notice, a week ago, for the wifes I-130 that I submitted.

Don't worry, I am guessing that is your first NOA, so you still have some months before NOA2, then your I-130 goes to NVC, then you have to file I-864 form. The I-864 is where you show your income information and prove to them you make more than 125% of the poverty level.

 

When you send them your I-864 you will provide employment info.
