Today in the mail I get a notice that my case is transferred to Laquna nigel CA with a notice date of 1/23/08.What should make of this? Good or bad or nada ? Link to comment
yuan fen Posted January 28, 2008 Report Share Posted January 28, 2008 (edited) It sure seems there are a lot of cases being transfered. We recieved the same notice on 12-15-07 or so. The USCIS website said a letter was sent to welcome the new resident the other day. See timeline. Could be no interview if transfered, but a chance they could request an interview. Good luck.
