waldowaldos Posted January 27, 2008 Report Share Posted January 27, 2008 My wife has been waiting for well over a year for her green card. Since it has taken so long, she had to reapply for a EAD. Yesterday, I received a notice for her to show up for another biometrics. The problem is she in China visiting her family for Chinese New Year and will not return until mid February. I will send in the Request for Rescheduling and will state that she is "Traveling. Please reschedule after 2/20/08 (Feb. 20, 2008)" but am afraid they may try to reschedule before she returns to the USA. I will be flying to Hong Kong on Wednesdy to join her and will not have access mail until we both return together. Any advice is greatly ppreciated. Thanks for all you help and support.
