I have been a little more then confused by the USCIS on the forms I need to have her sign for her application. We are going the K-1 route. Is there some information I can obtain to make our long process easier? The types of forms I must use as well as my SO. As well as any other infomation that would be helpful. Thanks. ameriken Posted January 25, 2008 Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 As for the 'letter of intent', we both wrote letters of intent to marry. I dont know how much of a role it plays in most interviews, however in my wifes K1 interview, the VO had both our letters in front of her and seemed to read both.
