AOS questions

Hi I have a few questions.

 

We are K1 and K2.

 

1. They ask for "Finance' approval notice". Is that a copy of the visa in her passport, or the simple pink slip the VO gave her?

 

2. How many pages of the G-325A do we send?

 

3. I am almost ready to mail the forms, but should i wait till i do my 2007 taxes? I will have the employeement letters from my work, but to get my new W-2s will take till the end of Jan.

 

4. Is the A# the number that they wrote on the back of the I-94 in her passport?

 

5. For K2, no A # they only put my wife's A# from back of I-94; right? Or should a K2 have a seperate A#.

 

6. The I-94 number is the block numbers from the top of the form?

1. The I-797 you got when the I-129F was approved by the USCIS and forwarded to the NVC (DOS).

 

2. The entire form consists of 4 pages, with a different notation on the bottom. Send all four pages (one document).

 

3. No, but bring them with you to the interview

 

4.Yes

 

5. K2's are assigned a separate A # for the AOS application. It will be on the the I-797C NOA1 receipt for the I-485.
