Police Report

[Jing Quan]

We obtained the report from a local resident commission and it is hand written with a stamp from the local policy branch. Is it what is required by GUZ?

If it is from her hukou then it will cover all of China. As far as handwritten I think you will need to take it to the local hukou and they will put it in the formal format. Don't forget that it has to be accompanied by a certified translation which can be obtained from the local notary office.
