Guest Mike and Lily Posted November 22, 2007 Report Share Posted November 22, 2007 Lily received her NOA1 for AOS, EAD and advanced parole only 12 days after we sent the forms in. This is quite surprising considering the troubles others have faced lately in terms of delays. However, I am not counting on getting her green card quickly. Unfortunately, the DMV won't let her take her driving test until she has her EAD. That is what we want most right now. Link to comment
