If 21boy gets a letter of denial, his K1 visa is all he has to fall back on and it is only good for 90 days which afterwards, he will be accruing unlawful presence.

With an attorney, 21boy can appeal the decision or file for adjustment of status again, but the CIS does not consider the time that an application for adjustment of status to automatically extend lawful nonimmigrant status. This means that while an application for adjustment of status is pending, the applicant may be accruing illegal status after the K1 visa expires and this could be reason enough for the interviewing officer to issue a denial once again.

in second interview ,the vo said some of our answers are not match , he

said we are too young . ( me 21 ,wife 19 )

I still think this is about something other than age, VO said "answers dont match" what would this have to do with age ? plus I find it hard to believe you would get through the K1 USCIS , DOS and the embassy bean counting process without even so much as a RFE if you were too young to marry, then for it to picked up at AOS.

Of course this is just speculation, I think you should get a specialist lawyer and fast.
