dnoblett
Nasty how Guangzhou can be with people. 6 Years fighting with them should be evidence enough of a bona fide relationship. I hope he wins. Link to comment
chilton747
My K1 was denied on August 28, 2006. To this day the USCIS still says they have not received it. GZ says they are getting ready to send it back. The DOS says the consular chief signed of on May 30, 2007. I know fully well that they are intending on doing nothing with it. If anything they will keep it and try to use it against me later. We are supposed to have rights but we really don't. As the articles said, the VO has all the power and there isn't anything anyone can do about it. Link to comment
chilton747
You know 6 years is a little hard to swallow. There is NO WAY I would be seperated from my wife for that long. Best case senario for me will be 2 years and 8 months since I first filed our K1. If for any reason our CR1/IR1 gets denied because of some VO playing god or having a "bad day" then I will be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO out of here!!!!!!!!!!!! Link to comment
