How to fill 129F:Question#16

Hello

I am in the process of filling 129f for k-1.

Question 16 asks to fill up the address in native languge, chinese,

where can i put postal code, can i put it after the city? because there is no box for the postal code as in question 2.

See attached sheet #1.

 

 

 

Attach a second sheet directly behind it with the complete Chinese address and phone number (phone # above her name/address). In your cover letter, make reference to it (the attached #1 sheet) too.

 

 

 

GUZ will use this to post the P3 and P4 to her, so you don't want to mess this up.

Are you talking about #16 and the entire address in Chinese? If you can write the complete address in Chinese that small and CLEARLY (remember this is the future mailing adress), then you can easily handwrite the postal code next to it too.
