Jing Quan
It was two months ago when VSC received my k1 petition. Am I too bold to say that this is the half way through the wait for P2? Link to comment
dnoblett
USCIS processing tends to vary a bit. Last year VSC processed out I-129F in 30 days, but this has changed a bit with the large influx of petitions before the July 30 rate increase. Your estimate is a fair one. Link to comment
Guest Rob & Jin
It was two months ago when VSC received my k1 petition. Am I too bold to say that this is the half way through the wait for P2? YES its looking that way at the moment, sucks when i filed it was running at around 80 days, now its between 120- 150 days, 2-3 months longer.Strange thing everyone talks about a massive influx of petitons, but this is not reflected in a increase in monthly filiers in July on VJ or here, which you may think it would. Also I thought Texas and Nebraska were now doing all non-immigrant worker visas (H-1B) and CSC & VSC family based Visas, so i'm not convinced by either argument.
