I-693, Question, need help

ok , someone tell me if i have to send a copy of my wife,s medical examination , when i file for adjustment of status, she is K-1 ,all her papers was sealed , when they gave them to her at hospital , and when Guz , gave them back to her they were sealed, so when she entered the usa , she had to give them the sealed papers , all she ended up with was the X-ray,so now i have her real mad at our Goverment , because i ask her if she had any papers , as she said they were always sealed , if not she would have made copies of them,and she made a point to me with out medical exam, she could not go for enterview, ok , now i wait on my friends to help me here, thanks in advance

Her papers are (or will be soon) in her file at USCIS. You will see them at the AOS interview, if you have one.

 

All you need for medical is the I-693A vaccination supplement, not another full exam.

I-693 Vaccination supplement

 

This is not needed, since the civil surgeon is supposed to have these, put I like the idea of filling in your details ahead of time. That shows them EXACTLY what you need, so, hopefully, they won't try to tell you a full exam is required. Tell THEM what you need.

 

The supplement will be sealed in an envelope for you to include with the AOS application.

They are also required to give you a copy of the completed form for your records, if they don't insist on it.
