Misspelling Again

A previous post referred to misspelling of Beneficiary's name on G-325A. The response was very clear. Does the same apply if the Beneficiary's daughter's first name was misspelled on the I-129F and G-325A

A misspelling on the G-325A is a minor problem, GZ will most likely fix this for you.

Now the I-129F NEEDS!! to be fixed NOW!!

Looking at your time line i would be calling GZ and telling them whats up!

Fax them the correct spelling as soon as possible.

There are many threads in GZ SPEAKS that should help you out!!

I posted a message on the GZ thread but have not seen a response to date. I think what I will try and do is send them an email and provide them with my fiance's daughter's correct first name. Thanks guys

Usually GUZ wants a birth certificate before they will do changes to a birthdate.. so I'd apply the same to a name change for the child. You should be able to fax that information; cover letter and b/c... reference your GUZ#, Name, birthdate, etc...
