Filing I-765 (EAD) with I-485 (AOS)

Hi all,

 

I am filing EAD with the AOS application. I am wondering other than the 1-page I-765 form and the $180 (ouch!) check, what else do I need to include with the EAD portion of the application? Specifically,

 

1. Do I need to include 2 more passport style photos, in addition to the 2 included for I-485?

2. Do I need to include another copy of the Form I-94 with I-765?

We gave them everything they wanted with the I-485 and then the following with the I-765:

 

I-765 ORIGINAL SUBMISSION - Packet ¡°B¡± Document Checklist

Check ##### For $180

B1 / Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

B2 / Photos (2) for Employment Authorization

B3 / Front and Back Copy of I-94, Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure Record # <I-94 Number>

B4 / Copy of Certified Marriage Certificate

B5 / Copy of K-1 Nonimmigrant Visa <visa number in passport>

 

It is easy enough for them to discard extra items than for you to go through the trouble of an RFE.

Yes 2 photos for I-485, and 2 photos for I-765.
