Hello all!!

I'll be send in my I-864EZ tomorrow morning.

I'm getting everything together and everything i was wondering?

Do i enclude the Short check list with the I-864EZ paperwork?

I mean do i send it along with everything else that came with the I-864EZ packet?

You don't need to send the check list, that is part of the instructions. You only need to send the last 5 pages. Starting with the actual I-864EZ form, it says "Part 1" at the top of the form.

 

Just the I-864EZ and financial evidence, Tax-transcripts, and optional letter from employer, and pay stubs.
