We could End Up getting a K3 visa. Then going thru GUZ For a CR1 " green card." Or should I wait on paying the fee bill and do AOS ? david_dawei Posted October 25, 2006 Report Share Posted October 25, 2006 what's unclear is since I assume they do not "combine cases" (which is what happens when both are at SAME post at the same time), then the CR1 cases gets no benefit from the K3 case ? Does the CR1 case have to go through a name check now? You would want to find those things out to judge how long the CR1 will take to get it's own interview date... But if she wants to stay in china for the CR1, and take care of stuff.. then she can do that if you guys want... Link to comment
