We got married within the 90 days of the I-94. Is there a deadline to file the paperwork after the marriage in the USA? Link to comment
dnoblett Posted October 10, 2006 Report Share Posted October 10, 2006 It is recommended to file the AOS also within the 90 days, but some can't because of having to wait to get the marriage certificate, in that case file AOS ASAP after getting all the documentation in order. Link to comment
