Thanks,Rick That would be on the stamp on the I-94 showing the expiration date for a K-1, the K-3 I believe has a similar stamp. These are done at the POE. Link to comment
david_dawei Posted September 15, 2006 Report Share Posted September 15, 2006 The K1 visa expires in six months from issue... which means that one has six months to enter the US. That's the expiration date you'll see on the visa. Once you enter, you get an I-94 which authorizes a length of stay in the US for six months. As Lee points out, the latter expiration date is what you want... Link to comment
