I have a quick question on the I-485. Part one asks for:

 

Current USCIS Status

 

Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)

 

Is that just the K-1 Visa and the 90 day time limit?

That would be on the stamp on the I-94 showing the expiration date for a K-1, the K-3 I believe has a similar stamp. These are done at the POE.

The K1 visa expires in six months from issue... which means that one has six months to enter the US. That's the expiration date you'll see on the visa.

 

Once you enter, you get an I-94 which authorizes a length of stay in the US for six months.

 

As Lee points out, the latter expiration date is what you want...

I think you mean 90 days.
