GTNI-2 Question

my fiancee is filing out her forms she recieved in her P-4 packet, she plan to come to usa and with in a year she plan to have her 8 year old daughter to follow, what i need to know is on the supplement GNI-2 form ,on Question#5 quote do you have any unmarried minor children?- yes,- IF so ,how many? -1 -how many will accompany you to the United States?will she need to put 0 or 1 here even thoe the child will not be coming at the same time she do, in another form she states the child will follow later, i know some one know this , i would be grateful for any advise

Zero - if you answer 1, they may hold up the interview waiting for the forms for him.

 

All you need to do is notify GUZ by email and mail (send them the P3 forms) when you are ready to have an interview scheduled.

i thank you all , and lee i told my SO the same thing you tell me here , but she said she went on a chinese site and they told her she was to put 1 for how many would accompany her to the usa , i tell her ok , it is her interview , she thinks chinese web site is always right , when members here always give right answers, please tell me why they do not want to listen to what we try to tell them
