Send or don't send - Addendum unsigned but same address as home

Argh!

 

My fiance is away at training for 2 more days and when she sent me her paperwork she forgot to send a signed and dated addendum for her employment address. The address is the same as her home since she lives there, but basically if thats not okay I have to wait another week before sending? Anyone else send the addendum without signing? Opinions?

Do you mean for the G-325a??

 

On this form, the work address has more space than the home address.. so not sure why she can fit on her home address and not the work address, if they are the same..

 

Is the attachment for both sections??

 

regardless... no need to sign the attachemnt (ie; as in, "See attachment xyz") if that is what you mean.

yes, but the name of her school is really long. Just the work section.
