hankster
I received the I-797 for the I-130 approval in the mail yesterday. I was comparing it with the I-797 for I-129F approval, and noticed in the "Notice Type:" section of I-797 for I-129F it reads "Consulate: Guangzhou" The I-797 for I-130 doesn't have this. This morning I checked my copies of both applications and I feel like a huge dumbass. On Q 22 of the I-130 I didn't answer the second part of the question..........."will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in_____________City________Country " left it blank .... damn! Anyone know if this will cause problems? Should I call or email NVC?Thanks, D.A. Hank Link to comment
