Such as on the letter on intent to marry at the top of the page is the header. Fiance' Letter of Intent Do I leave this or delete it from the letter I submit? Thank in advance. P.S. yuan fen Posted July 15, 2006 Report Share Posted July 15, 2006 In my case, I used it as is, copied to the "T". Changed the names, and adresses to reflect our case, and it went through. I believe they just want a signed statement for the Petitioner, and Beneficiary stating intent to marry within 90 days of entry. Others may have another theory. Eric Link to comment
