Translation help

Hi everyone,

 

I was wondering if someone from the 001 Chinese group or someone who can speak both Chinese and English could please help me translate the registration text (enclosed in the lines at the end of this post).

 

I would like to be able to present a registration page in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
