You might want to update the FAQ file from herehttp://candleforlove.com/FAQ/CFL_FAQ_P3_Final1.htm#Q1_10to mention that the "3. P3 Supplemental Sheet" is no longer included in the packet. They have apparently changed the "2. OF-169" book as well. The only thing it asks us to send back are the following: 1. DS-230 (part I) 2. OF-169 Quote from page 1 on the OF-169"Complete and send the enclosed form DS-230 Part I, Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration as as this document (Form 169)." Link to comment

In the past two weeks, GUZ has retrieved about 110 pieces from DHL, so hopefully many more P3's are on the way. (As of 6/14/06, NVC shipments through April 24, 2006, had been delivered.)
