Eric&Yuhui Posted March 15, 2003 Report Share Posted March 15, 2003 The reason I especially like MCI is that they have a feature where China can call you collect for the SAME amount as when you call direct.I't actually not a "collect" call from China a t 17 cts.. just a calling card call.. You can get either a English operator ( 0018 I think ) or Chinese (0017 ) Link to comment
