man....nothing is better then a good tomato cream sauce

 

1 onion, chopped

2 stalks celery, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

cooked and drained ground sirloin

3/4 cup vodka

1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 cup half-and-half cream

served over your favorite pasta with a loaf of garlic bread

 

and ofcourse an ice cold beer
