Simply file an I-539 to USCIS, as for processing time, I have no Idea, and there is no such thing as an expedite on this, so no way to speed it up.

B-2 can file this on line here which may be a little quicker: http://www.uscis.gov/uscis-elis

Need help please. What is the quickest visa extension process without a lawyer or USCIS approved person? We need to extend our Chinese parent's visas before Feb 2013.

I appreciate your help!!!

You can do it online. They recommend you do it a few months prior to the expiration. You'll get a "P1" showing receipt. As long as you file prior to the expiration they can stay until you hear some word OR your requested date comes. If they suddenly denied then the person has about 2 weeks to leave... but you've got time to worry about any word... but here: "no news is good news" !

The processing time shows that they are working on May right now... so they are six months behind... if one believes their charts
