Found this and thought you all might be interested. Lots and lots of useful forms at one location, especially P4 documents. All are .pdf and some are fillable. You can download them all as one zip file. Check it out. As always, you should check DHS and DOS to make sure you have the most up-to-date version (and yes I realize if you go to DHS/DOS website you might as well get their downloads, but anyway...)
