What should I do now?

Hi,

 

I am US citizen. I am applying green card for my parents.

 

My parents visa were temperarily denied cause my dad was communist party member. Although he has retired 4 years and hasn't paid the due even before he retired. Now he has to hand in the additional material.

 

Please give me some advise. What should I do now? Should I apply waiver directly? Should I find a lawyer for this case?
