I-129F Question I-130 filed

I am still waiting for the NOA1. Filling in the I-129F. Question 11. Have you ever filed for this Wife? Do I put yes? then put spouses name I-130 filed NOA1 attached pending ...in the box ???

 

Also it appears I don't need to include any proof of relationship. ie photos, proof of meeting, letters,emails. etc. Just a marriage cert.

I checked yes and wrote, "only I-130 for this Spouse"

 

You'll need another passport photo of her and your birth certificate again as well as the G325a's again.
