Question on K-4 visa!!!!

Yes, the question I have is the 13 year old daughter will come on a K-4 visa....when she gets here in America do I then file for a I-130 for her???? or do I file a AOS for her or both????this is confusing for me.

You will have to file both the I-130 and the I-485. Most folks file the two together, but you may file the I-130 before, but not after, the I-485.
