On the 157 named "FOR APPLICANTS 16 YEARS AND OLDER" does my SO complete this or her 14 year old son ? (not yet 16) ???? or do they both need to complete this ?? Link to comment
david_dawei Posted April 10, 2006 Report Share Posted April 10, 2006 I would have your SO complete one of each form (english and chinese)... the 14 y.o. does not need either one. But, when your SO goes to the medical exam (and brings these), I'd bring a few blanks in case the workers there think differently and want one for the child.. sometimes, there are miscue between what GUZ says and medical personnel tell you.
