sweetpea
Hi everyone, a girl on 001 asked me to post her question here on CFL regarding her interview delay request to the GZ consular. (relevant post: http://candleforlove.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=16869) Procedually should the beneficiary submit an interview delay request in writing or only her husband, the petitioner, is qualified to submit the request procedually? Or both will be ok? Anyone has an idea about this? I was previously asked to post in "GUZ Speaks" but I guess I'd bother you guys here before we have to go bother them considering the posting rules there. I guess she has this concern because she wants to make sure their request won't be delayed due to improper thus invalid submitting procedure, and I personally think either the beneficiary or the petitioner should be OK, or the beneficiary should be even more qualified to submit the request. Thanks! Link to comment
LeeFisher3
I just did this for our son and used the Guanzhou Email Form. They were very responsive and asked that I confirm that we needed to postpone the interview date. While they can not guarantee a date request I received the feeling that they would do what they could to adjust the date to one that was better for us. Link to comment
