alaskagypsy Posted January 28, 2006 Report Share Posted January 28, 2006 (edited) We traveled 360 miles last week for fingerprinting.Upon returning we received an e-mail stating our I-765, Application for Employment Authorization was approved.Just what does that mean?We just received notice of our AOS interview is scheduled for March 6, 2006.Will my laopo get a work permit card? tonymasiello Posted January 31, 2006 Report Share Posted January 31, 2006 I suppose she will still receive the EAD, since it is already aproved. It will become irrelevant assuming her I-485 is approved following the interview. Once she receives the green card (or gets the passport stamp) it serves as the work permit. Link to comment
