Dated 12/6, mailed out on the 8th. The appointment is on 2/7/06. I don't have any questions yet. Pretty easy to find stuff on this topic on this site. Seems we have everything on the list pretty handy. Prepare for the worst, hope for the best. (No, I'm not quoting Tookie.) Link to comment
