The consensus seems to be that visa files are not coded as "diplomatic papers" and are shipped in larger quantities. I hope you're right.171396[/snapback]In the GUZ speaks thread, GUZ indicates Visa papers are not shipped under "diplomatic seal". The term "diplomatic papers" is purely a DHL thing. My impression is that "diplomatic papers" include. The guidance we've received so far here is to track under the "reference" I-730. The I-730 may or may not be the correct reference but I-730 is a USCIS "Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition", so I-730 packages are "petitions" and labeled by DHL diplomatic papers. I've seen several posts here that seem to confuse the terms "Diplomatic Seal" and "Diplomatic Papers". Link to comment

Expedite NIV Section sent 11/18 delivered 11/282. I-730 sent 11/9 delivered 11/183. I-730 sent 11/10 delivered 12/204. I-730 sent 11/14 delivered 12/23 ... waiting for P3, crossing fingers on extra name checks ... Link to comment
