Hello

My wife reveiced p-3 K-1 package on sept 28 2005. We file form I130 first and then file 129f after. They send her the wrong form. Guz email her 10/10/2005 and are mailing out k-3 package. does anyone know what is in a k3 package from guz.

Go to the Links and resources section here. The difference is that K-3 gets all of the forms in the P-3 so look at the P-3 and P-4 for a K-1

No, GUZ will not send you anything.

 

Any papers needing info about you, you should supply that info to your SO. Some have filled out the papers for their SO and sent to them...
